Richard Tainton, Vice President, International

Mr. Tainton holds an MSc Mining Engineering Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He has 25 years of diverse experience with engineering projects around the world including gas and power development projects. He has particular expertise with project management and the implementation of management contracts in developing economies. In addition, Mr.Tainton has proven experience in the development and management integrated gas-to-power projects in Africa and Central Asia, including working with Government Agencies and Regulatory Authorities to obtain the Government consents required for project sanction and implementation.

Recently, Mr. Tainton has served as Project Director for Manitoba Hydro International on energy projects in the Middle East and Central Asia. Prior to this he was involved with a USAID project for the development of gas wells in the Sheberghan Region of Northwest Afghanistan; and prior to that, he spent two years in Afghanistan working on the organizational restructuring and commercialization of Kabul Electricity Department for Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS).

Mr. Fong is an Exploration Geophysicist with over 30 years of international and frontier experience in many basins worldwide. Prior to joining Wentworth he was Vice President Caribbean Region for Niko Resources where he directed a multi-disciplinary team responsible for all of the company's operations in Trinidad. He was a cofounder and CEO of Voyager Energy where he was responsible for assembling an impressive exploration portfolio in Trinidad. His regional exploration experience spans the globe and he has been involved in the evaluation and management of projects in the Caribbean, South America, Southeast Asia and East Africa. Mr. Fong holds a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.

Salvator Ntomola, Country Manager, Tanzania

Mr. Ntomola holds a BSc in Geology from Makerere University Uganda, and post graduate diploma in Petroleum Geology from Bergen University, Norway. Mr. Ntomola is former Director of Exploration and Production and Deputy Managing Director for TPDC. He is also former Director of Investment Facilitation for Tanzanian Investment Centre. Mr. Ntomola holds extensive working experience with and personal relationships in the governments and the petroleum sectors of Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Mozambique and the Comoros.

Mr. Makame is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BCom in Accounting from the University of Dar Es Salaam. He is the former Director of Finance for all Wentworth (formerly Artumas Group Inc.) subsidiaries in Tanzania (2006 to 2008) and has wide ranging experience in accounting, finance and general management with private and international companies in Tanzania including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Coca Cola and Airtel Tanzania.

Mr. Fore has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Tulsa and over 25 years of experience with company development, finance and management. He was formerly M&A advisor to Nimir Petroleum Limited and Chief Financial Officer of Nimir Chemicals Limited, a Middle East-based speciality chemicals manufacturer. He was also co-founder and Non-executive Director of East Africa-focused, Black Marlin Energy Limited (recently acquired by Afren plc).
